PAST AND PRESENT PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS

TEACHING EXPERIENCES

  • 2003-2004 University of Padova, Italy. In the last year I have been involved in the teaching activity in Veterinary Neuropathology (4th and final year students in Veterinary Medicine) at the University of Padova. I have also been involved in one lecture to 3 rd year students in Veterinary Neurology about Feline Spongiform Encephalopathy, its differential diagnoses and diagnosis.
  • 2004-2006 The Royal Veterinary College, UK. I have been involved in tutorial teaching to 2nd year students on Comparative Neuroanatomy and Neurophysiology for a total of 20 hours. During my internship, I have also been involved in tutorial teaching of final year veterinary students on neurological examination, principals of interpretation of the diagnostic imaging used in neurology, as myelogram, TC and MRI.

  • 2007-2010 Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain. Tutorial teaching to 4th-5th year students and interns.

  • 2016-2019 University of Nottingham, UK. 4th and 5th year students – Lectures on Veterinary Neurology at UoN and tutorial reaching at DWR. 1st year student – practical tutorials on neuroanatomy module. Clinical training to ECVN Residents and Interns.
